For over 30 years, Vince and Jim Loiodice have worked together in the excavation industry. Brothers by luck. Business partners by choice. They share a strong work ethic and have built their business around the desire to ensure the satisfaction of all customers, no matter the size of the project.
Vince and Jim have a reputation for leading a job to its timely and on-budget completion. They have worked throughout the Tri-State area over the years on the successful completion of hundreds of commercial and residential projects. Some recent, larger projects have included work at the Monticello Motor Club (Monticello, NY), Hudson Heritage Federal Credit Union (Dolson Avenue Branch, Middletown, NY), Vista Woods (Wallkill and Blooming Grove, NY), Wild Flowers at Wallkill by Orleans Homes (Middletown, NY) and Black Hawk Distribution Center (Hamptonburg, NY).
They have grown their business into a strong company offering earthwork, underground utilities, demolition, snow plowing and removal, as well as wetland remediation. The team at Loiodice Excavating adheres to safe and professional services based on years of knowledge and expertise in the field. From equipment and operator/laborer allocation to material procurement, their attention to detail and control over every facet of the job results in a superior and cost effective project.
Loiodice Excavating is a member of the Hudson Valley Builders and Remodelers Association and continues to maintain partnerships with local builders and contractors. Vince and Jim have forged many new and productive partnerships over the years, maintaining a list of steady, long-term customers offering new development.
